THIS IS GOING TO BE A FILLER TITLE FOR NOW.<— GO BACK
Charlie our Chocolate Lab is a patient of Dr. Garruba. Not only does Charlie love to visit Dr. Garruba but so do I and my son. Dr. Garruba is very welcoming and kind, as well as an amazing veterinarian.
I have been taking my pets (now, two dogs, Sally and Katie, but a total of some six cats and five dogs over the years) to Drs. Garruba and Vannerson at the Nassau Animal Hospital for over 20 years. I have always found both, the office assistants and vets to be friendly, helpful, caring, knowledgeable and consoling, when necessary.

Riley, our beautiful five –year- old yellow German shepherd/collie mix, greets Dr. Garruba and the friendly, competent staff at the Nassau Animal Hospital, with the same cheerfulness that he extends to us.
We are blessed to have Dr. Garruba in our lives. Dr. Garruba also oversees the health of our three wonderful canines who share in the love of this super doc. Our precious Little Nell has presented serious health challenges to Dr. Garruba and he has consistently handled them.
Lana has been under the care of Dr. Garruba and his very capable staff for the past 12 years. We have had the pleasure of bringing our other dogs, Ginger and Dalai to this office as well. Since Nassau Animal Hospital opened we have had the benefit of excellent care for our girls and the staff has always gone above and beyond to make each visit pleasurable and special, which includes everything from routine care to surgery.
I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Garruba give my first fur child, Colette Noel, her first exam when he was just out of his vet internship in the early 1980’s, and then he was there to compassionately and lovingly attend to her until her last breath 20 years later. Dr. Garruba is the definition of kind, competent, and compassionate – qualities which inspire confidence and security, when putting a loved one’s care into someone else’s hands (or paws).
We have two dogs, Kayla TDIG, a female boxer and Casey, a male Golden Retriever. We have been going to Nassau Animal Hospital since it’s opening and have known Doctor Garruba for years. The location of Nassau Animal Hospital is convenient, and the facility is always clean and attractive. Doctor Garruba is a knowledgeable, informative, friendly, patient, and caring person.
Our dogs have been patients, of Dr. Garruba’s and the Nassau Animal Hospital for more than ten years. When my wife and I first met, she owned a miniature chihuahua, Zoe. We began to take Zoe to Nassau Animal hospital and continued to take her there even when we moved an hour from our home in Princeton to Northern New Jersey. Zoe lived for 14 wonderful years, but she developed a heart condition around the time she turned eight. Dr. Garruba diagnosed her and treated her. Although he knew the prognosis was grim, Zoe actually lived well beyond her expectancy for another five or six years!.
we will replace this title with something catchy.
